"Our last several experiences were negative. I thought perhaps they were short-staffed that day, or having a busy day, but the norm is now a long wait (20 minutes or longer), no customer service, no one answering the phone, no communication."
"This used to a great pharmacy. We stayed out of loyalty when things started going downhill hoping they'd eventually get back on track. But Walgreens seems to have decided short staffed and run ragged is how they want to do things now. its truly a shame. But tonight was the last straw. After waiting in line 20 minutes, my kid was asked to come inside because they didn't have the ability to give him change. He asked to just cancel the transaction and they said they couldn't and needed him to come inside so HE didn't hold up the line. The line he'd been stuck in for 20 minutes. So he went inside and they didn't do anything to fix the situation. They did not give him his medication because the pharmacist said they couldn't give him change, and apparently the rest of the store was unable to assist. So my kid left without his meds and now I've got to go there tomorrow to pick up his medicine. At this point with all the other instances we've dealt with were done with Walgreens."
"Hands down this is the most time consuming drive through pharmacy. Be prepared to spend at least 30-45 minutes in line to get your turn. I told the pharmacist Elleen that they should get a second lane and her response in a very annoyed manner was “well it ain’t going to happen, we don’t have the staff for it” Well, damn!! hire more people. You guys are making a lot of profits there. We really shouldn’t have to wait this long every single time you pickup medicine"
"I’ve been loyally going to this Walgreens for 17 years. It has really gone downhill in the last 2 years. Today, it was so frustrating that I had to write a review. My prescription that I needed refill was promised to me yesterday at 11 AM. Got the text that it was ready 1 hour before close and I couldn’t get there in time. So I just went in at 9 AM when pharmacy was supposed to open and was there until 9:05. I went home and tried calling to find out when they would open and got hung up on 3 times. The fourth call I sat on hold waiting for the store manager for 17 minutes. When I finally went to get my prescription, only 2 of the 3 were ready. I used to get text alerts when prescriptions were ready 100% or the time and now receive them maybe 75% of the time. I ask the pharmacist every time and they have no answer for me. Not even an apology. I know that is automated and out of their control. It’s gone downhill fast. Any one of these issues I would’ve overlooked, but it’s cumulative how bad it’s gotten. One thing after another. It’s no wonder Walgreens is having problems and laying off many corporate employees and shutting down 150 stores nationwide. They’ve lost their customer service at the local level and I’m moving to either Osco or CVS. It’s unfortunate- I’ve been loyal for 40 of my adult years."
"Most pharmacies seem slow and can be frustrating, but this is quite literally the worst pharmacy I have ever *tried* to pick up medicine from. They don’t understand how to look up transactions made for *express* pay on their own app, and they do not open according to their posted hours. I generally am pretty patient, but it would have been quicker to drive to another location, every time I’ve tried to come here."
