"Did not like my experience! I went to pick up my moms bracelet and when I showed her the bracelet she said it wasn’t hers ! I later then went back and the old lady working there called my mom fat bc I said it didn’t fit her the way it did when she brought it in meaning the bracelet wasn’t hers !!! She then kept repeating that and saying they couldn’t do anything abt it when her charms were moved from the original place ! Again she told me she couldn’t do anything and that my mom was just fat"

"I picked up a charm bracelet that I ordered online, but I chose the wrong size. I was first told that it would take about an hour to weld the charms on the new bracelet, but the young woman helping me had my request expedited, and it ended up taking only about 5 minutes. Thank you so much for that! I think it's such a pretty bracelet. This was my first purchase from James Avery, and I am quite pleased with what I bought as well as being very pleased with the excellent customer service I received in the store. I also had a courteous and professional young woman assist me when I called the 800 number asking questions after I had placed my online order. I Will be buying more gifts from James Avery very soon!"
