"I had a watch band repaired at a different place. It came apart 2 days later. Decided to take it to PineForest Jewelry to get it fixed. Was not disappointed. Customer service through the receptionist is great. The talented young man doing the repairs explained to me the mistake made by the other jeweler. I really appreciated the information. They assured me it came with warranty IF it does come apart again. (Warranty was not even offered at the other place.) All in all 100% satisfied.
