"I felt the need to share this. First of all big shout out to Haley in the pharmacy department. She was SO POLITE! Works her absolute tail off. Had me super pleased with the fact she called me after I left to let me know an update about my other script!!! Please be patient when dealing with pharmacist and pharmacy technicians you don’t know what goes on behind the scenes. They have a hard job. Thanks again! My night was made!"

"The cashier male with glasses is terrible i hear him be rude to other customers and me every time i walk in this store. The other day they were closing soon and he told me to hurry up with my payment as im checking out so he can close and go home then he goes on the walkie and tells his coworker “lock the door i dont need anyone else walking in”…. This store sucks go to cvs across the street"

"Cashier is never nicer not even a little. I stop in nearly daily and she's always in a really bad mood. Even just saying hello can go a really long way in customer service. Update: the customer service just keeps getting worse. I didn't think that was even possible. Waiting 20 minutes for a pick up order just because the employee wanted to chat with someone. Absolute disregard that I'm waiting for her to get my order."

"Late Edit: Went back the next morning, and the issue was resolved by two female employees. Better cards were printed. Thanks! :) We ordered custom Christmas cards through them, and when husband came to pick them up, they had white streaks. These also somehow ended up printed on 5x7's, 85lb card stock diagonally. Upon asking the employee behind the counter to reprint, she said she would fix them, and takes out a scissors to cut off the white parts. My husband was in shock. They said that it happens sometimes, and there is no way to fix the printer???? These were $30 for 20 Christmas cards? He had to urge her to reprint, then gave up, and brought them home. Was disappointed to take them out of the envelope to find they have what looks like (knife) scratches/ cuts all over them, areas printed with extra ink, and some minor white parts where some of the cards printed unevenly. Even used high res pictures for these, and the pictures printed out blurry for some reason."

"The pharmacy at this Walgreens is easily the worst time managers I've ever experienced--and I've been using Walgreens for 10+ years. Essentially every car in the drive thru line takes 10+ mins. The pharmacists have no idea how to get people through the line. Every time I go, if there's more than 2 cars ahead of me, I know I'll be in line 30 mins. I have 3 children (4 and under) which is why I don't always go into the store. Today (11/30) there were 6 cars in front of me, and after 32 minutes we had only moved 3 cars. I just got out of line. I hate this Walgreens with a passion buy we live only 1 mile from it. Be better!"
