"I've always had someone to watch our dog when needed, but when arranging our recent vacation, we realized we needed help. We'd driven by in the past, and we always remarked about how smart it was to make a dog boarding facility look like a hotel. So, remembering that, I decided to research Pet Suites. I was impressed with the webcams and reviews, and could not be happier with our experience. As a veterinarian, I'm always the one on the other side of the interaction when leaving your pet in the hands of someone else. They did a great job, and helped me remember what that's like. I only wish my girl was happier to see me. I think she liked it there a little too much!!"

"I boarded my dog Gracie there for the first time for ten days. I’m always nervous sending her somewhere new, and for such a long time. But, she did great! The staff took very good care of her. I chose the gold package which includes an upgraded room with a camera so I could watch her. I got pawgress reports with photos and she looked like she was having a great time in all of them. I also purchased a spa day for her last day :) I will be bringing her back in May."

"We have had dogs in our family for 40 years and always had family or friends to help us out with watching our dogs. This time the whole family was going to celebrate our sons wedding in Cancun. PetSuites was the one place we researched that offered everything we were looking for in a boarding facility. While one of our dogs took to it quickly, the other was very shy and sad for a couple days. They communicated everything to us as it was happening. They post photos and pawgress reports, and tell it like it is, no sugar coating. They have live video camera's in the play areas and in the townhouse, so you can look in on your fur babies throughout the day. We chose enrichment sessions and the gold package, as we didn't want them just sitting in a confined crate or room all day and night. If we were on vacation, they should get a vacation too. Our girls were able to share a townhouse for the week. Ultimately they were very well cared for and felt the love from all the staff. I highly recommend PetSuites"

"We have been boarding our three huskies for over a year now with Petsuites, and we are very happy with their service. We enjoy getting the paw-gress reports and pictures of our animals while we are out of town. Our doggies have so much fun in all day play and they take such good care of the eldest in her own suite. "Love it here. The staff is absolutely amazing to work with and really really care about the pets. My two come in constantly and each time we walk in they are greeted with so much enthusiasm and love. One of my dogs loves everyone but the other is super attached to me and tends to be a little shy at first. I was so nervous leaving him the first time but he has warmed up so quickly to every single employee that now he has zero interest in me the minute we walk in the door. And if you’ve got a dog who loves to use their brain, their enrichment sessions are worth every penny. Trainer Sam has become an absolute favorite of my littlest guy, who goes crazy anytime he sees her in the lobby now. Added bonus? They take THE BEST pictures of my two that always make me feel so much more at ease when they’re away. 1,000,000/10 would recommend."
