"I visited the Baybrook location because my tennis bracelet snapped while I was at work. The gentleman who greeted me was very kind and helped look up my purchase through the rewards program, since I misplaced my receipt. Sheilah was very kind to give me a new bracelet even thought it wasn’t in the policy to do so. She truly went above and beyond to give me a pleasant experience. The service is amazing and I will definitely be back in the future. THANK YOU SHEILAH!"

"Like another review below. BAD experience trying to return an order. This was a regular online item i.e. NOT outlet item (I know some stores don't do outlet returns at regular stores and I'm conscious of that). When I walked in with the purchase and indicated I would like to do a return, Sheila immediately said no online returns were allowed. I pulled up the website where it says clearly online purchases can be returned in store. She then changed her story saying that her system was down (meanwhile trying to make sales... if the system was down then sales would not go through as well). When I told her I didn't want to have to pay for postage to return, she replied that the postage should be prepaid. WRONG AGAIN, the return label included with my purchase clearly says "Please Include Sufficieny Postage". She then said she will go to the back and ask her manager if they can "override the system" for the return, which didn't make sense at all. If the system is down, there is no overriding unless they call IT support. Finally she came back out and told me that her manager is on break and doesn't know when the manager will be back. One lie after another. Will never be coming back. Stay away from this store!"

"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! "Shelia" will give you a hard time returning items. She claims the system is down and that she cannot do returns and purchases and yet the store stay open till closing time. I have tried to call back several times to ask if the system was up so that I can go to the store and return the unused and unopen item only to have her screen my calls so she doesn't have to talk to me. It was only after I attempted to contact her district manager "Lisa" that I was able to return my item. Conveniently when I showed up there later that evening "Sheila" was ringing up a customer and the system miraculous started to work again this was after she had told me that the system had to be shut down for store closing @ 630pm even though I asked her that the store wasn't supposed to close till 9pm. They lost a long time loyal customer! Gave one star only because that was lowest one allowed. I would take it back if I could."
