"I had to have my wedding rings resized so I went to a well known jewelry store where they proceeded to tell me that 2 diamonds were missing on the engagement ring and then quoted me an outrageous amount to have my rings downsized and replace the diamonds so, I decided to go to Bay Area Jewelers to see what they would the job for and I was blown away. Not only did they do it for a fraction of the price of the other jewelers but the informed me that the “missing diamonds” were not missing they just needed to be cleaned (even though the other jeweler said they cleaned it for me not 10 minutes prior).
