"Horrible customer service at James Avery in Dillards. They sold us a 400.00 bracelet that tarnished in 2 weeks and all they could tell us was to go to the main store. Rude and disrespectful staff. We will think hard about buying James Avery products even though it was the staff that caused the negativity"

"I wish I can could give no stars ! I never had an issue with this James Avery and out of no where they want to start having bad service. You have a promotion going on but don’t tell your customers when they do this promotion that it’s going to be a different day. I constantly go there and no matter how busy they are they always put peoples charms right there . Now out of now where they don’t do that? Not only that you give them your information so you can get your bracelet or necklace done and they state they will call you when it’s time to pick up..NOW I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DO NOT CALL CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR ORDERS AND THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN DONE !!! But I was told Sunday we are going to call you when it is ready! What the heck. Such bad customer service and way to handle things . Need better associates who know their JOB and if you’re going to do a promotion give out the right information so YOU CUSTOMERS can decide if they are going to do it before taking their money. I swear this whole experience has turned me off to James Avery. I’ll never tell anyone to go here ."

"I recently went to purchase a charm and ring for my daughter. The ring she wanted, they didn’t have her size. The rude cashier was like oh well, never offered to order the ring or to help find another ring. The cashier was very dry, not friendly and it appeared that she didn’t want to be there. After purchasing the charm, the cashier then tells us, they would not be able to put the charm on till 01/10/21, mind you, it only takes a few minutes to put the charm on. The old white cashier’s excuse was that they were back up with Christmas orders; however there were several workers just standing around and I couldn’t believe that none of them couldn’t put a small little charm on my daughter’s bracelet. Usually when we come there, they are able to put the charm on the same day. So now I have to go to another location to get the charm put on. I’m giving everyone fair warning, please avoid this location. Just overall piss poor customer service!!!"

"Went to get a charm polished and soldered on and I went into the store and was met by a rude sales woman. She said that yes they can make my charm look like new again but it wouldn’t be ready for 2 days. I came back to pick it up and they didn’t even seem to polish the bracelet at all. Least to say I will not be coming back to this one."
