"While waiting for my flight I asked the lady in IAH terminal D if I can get my bracelet cleaned. She said it will take time as there’s a customer in front of me. I told her I’m willing to wait. After 2mins she left her customer went in the back of the store and said there’s no machine. Seriously?! after she said I need to wait and now no machine?
