"We drove two hours to get Bella’s teeth, professionally cleaned by Brittany. She did an incredible job, was very thorough, Bella seemed happy and calm afterwards. If you live anywhere in Texas this is the place to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"Sadly we drove 2 hours each way. Our dogs are our children. We were clear that we would be in the room with them in our texts when the appointments were made. Unfortunately the fact that she does not allow you to stay with your dog (service dog or pet) was not communicated via text. She did apologize and refunded our money. I am writing this so others know the rules ahead of time. I would offer 2 suggestions. The first is to place a camera in the room so that people can watch the process if are concerned about thier baby. We don't know you and we don't have a relationship with you. We do not do vet drop off and we know the vet but still choose to be present for all services. While this may not be everyone's choice it is ours. Second is to provide a calm soothing environment for the teeth cleaning. When we arrived there were dogs barking and you could hear them barking in the room the cleaning is done in. The environment was not calming or spa like which is what we expected based on info available. When we read the details about this process we believed it would be soothing to allow the dogs to relax. Neither of my dogs will relax when other dogs are barking. I am sure some people are very happy with the current arrangement. It did not work for us or the friend I brought and her dog."
