"I purchased a watch from this jewelry store for $300. After I brought it home I noticed it made a rattling noise, so I took it back and asked them to fix it. She said she would. A month goes by and I didn't hear back, so I went to the store to find out what was going on. Her son was there and when I asked what the problem was, he accused me of breaking the watch before I brought it back in. He said it was not repairable and I'm not getting my money back. I said I didn't want my money back; I want my watch. They said it wasn't there, that they sent it someplace place else. They wouldn't tell me where it was, nor if I was getting it back. I've purchased two other watches from this store just trying to help small businesses. I could have gone to any of the main retailers, but I thought I would do something good for the community. I've never been treated with such disrespect during a retail transaction. Do not waste your time with these idiots. They will rip you off."
