"The ring was magnificent! It arrived 1 week late, even though I was assured multiple times it would be on time. Upon finding out it would be arriving late I asked to have the shipping destination changed to my fiancee's house and customer service was SUPER RUDE to me about it. They couldn't change the destination so I had to drive 5 hours to get the ring. I still loved the ring, but customer service should be apologetic when they can't help you, not rude."
