"I bought a $700 white gold rope chain. This thing looked nice at first, but within 2 weeks it started falling apart. Returned it and they were nice enough to weld it together again for free. Two weeks later, it continued to fall apart from other places. I tried to get my money back when I returned it a second time, only for the manager to tell me they could buy it back as “scrap”, for less than $200. And that’s exactly what you’ll get when you buy from this establishment, scrap. Never again, this place sucks."

I called to speak with the jeweler and they were very rude (cut me off numerous times when I was speaking, had an attitude, hung up in my face). I don’t recommend any females shopping with Diamond X, they will try their best to get over on you. Im experienced with jewelry and the necklace they sent is extremely over priced."
