I purchased a Movado for my main squeeze literally at the last minute before Christmas day. So when I say personable here's why! I had to work late and wasn't going to be able to make it to the store to pay for it and pick it up on time. So, to literally please the customer they arranged the owner of the store to meet me so that I could have it in time for Christmas day! Now If that isn't customer service then i don't know what you would want that could be better than that!
