"Entered the store to no greeting, as the associates proceeded to talk about a restaurant/food. Wasn’t offered any help 3 minutes shortly after I walked in, a lady came in and was greeted immediately. When I checked out was not offered the service of getting my charm put on by Sales Associate Aira. Had to ask about the service when it should have been offered. Aira did not tell me to have a good day/thanks for shopping/come back and see us. Just a “your order will be ready for pick up @3”. Even said thank you and not a you’re welcome. If this wasn’t a convenient location for me I would have not shopped there due to the lack of customer service skills and the feeling as if I was stereotyped. Will never go here again and will not recommend !!"

"Went in store today to EXCHANGE, NOT return a ring that was gifted to me on Christmas, literally two days ago as it was an incorrect size. I was accused of wearing the ring by the manager via the sales representative assisting me. How the hell would I be able to wear the ring when it didn’t even fit me?! Beyond unprofessional. Very disappointed in management."
