We went dhanteras to pick .she make women earring 980$ without our permission and said its 9.8gram . Thn the men earring she make 14+18 karat instead of pure gold we said. And she lie to us and took our money and nt gv receipt at dat time.. we check wth 3jeweller outside .instead of 9.8gram it was just 7.8gram and men earring was just worth 60$ she took frm us 320$ fr dat and gv us fake stuffs .we already cmplaint with BBB and nw we gona take them to small court and makesure to get them what they deserve. People go to other jeweller bt not dis lady place she big time thief .she lie u on face after taking ur money .i pray god the $$ she took frm me god make her replace 100times and she become bankrupt .. They also have dedicated session for South Indian style and North Indian style design jewelry. I highly recommend it for gold and silver bars."

"I bought my wife’s wedding ring from here. The diamond came out and the owner said it was our fault. After some convincing, he fixed it for a fee. 3 months later not only the same diamond came out again - but so did another one (while typing on a keyboard). I don’t trust this company's quality. If I come in again I know the owner will blame us and go through the same conversations rather than admitting his craftsmanship needs to improve. If you want quality, I’d suggest looking elsewhere."

"Never shopping here again. The craftsmanship, business operation and professionalism all are extremely poor. I purchased a ring with a couple diamonds and after one wear (for a couple hours) one of the small marque diamonds came off. I immediately called the store and he said he will only repair it if I pay for the diamond. Which I thought was unfair because it was a craftsman ship issue at this point. But I paid anyway. When pickup rolled around, I showed him my picture receipt + gave him my drivers license + my phone number + described my ring and he refused to give me my ring because I didn’t have the physical receipt at hand. He wasted 30 min saying the same thing over and over again being that he can’t give me the ring without the receipt. I asked then for him to give me my money back and he basically laughed at that. I then said if I don’t have any options here, then I will have to call the cops because I don’t know what to do here. Then instantly he gave me my ring. It’s awful that I had to uncomfortably make that threat for him to give me my ring. Unable to respond to the reply. There is no need of me to lie or exaggerate about my experience. And there was only 1 other customer at the store that was already being taken care of while I was there. The only reason I posted this is because I hope the ‘small family businesss’ can improve on multiple fronts: respecting and understanding their clients, and updating your system to keep up with modern technology (not a pen and paper / word of mouth system)."
