In fact, the customer service was so good that I will return there for my next purchase no matter what. Best customer service I have ever received, especially considering that I only went in there to get a battery replaced in one of my quartz watches. I had always thought about going into Hal Martin’s, but just now decided to go since I had to get a new battery. They treated me like I was in there to buy a 10K watch. Without a doubt the best store for anything jewelry or watch related that I have ever visited. Will definitely be back."
