"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Banfield Pet Hospital in South Elgin with my first dog, Betsey, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in. The team exuded warmth and professionalism. Dominique, in particular, stood out with her exceptional kindness and patience towards Betsey. Not only was she efficient in her duties, but she also took the time to ensure Betsey felt comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. The entire team worked seamlessly together, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere that truly made a difference. "They say to call whenever for help and you call and they say you have to make an appointment. Secretary says she's not medically trained to answer questions so will be back and then a second later she says I need to make an appointment. Didn't even get to ask my medical question to the vet over the phone since they refuse to or at least have the Secretary so scared to ask."

"The first visit with the vet was amazing. Our second visit with just very techs didn't go so well. My normally even tempered puppy tried to bite the tech and the tech jammed the shot rather hard into my puppy's shoulder. I'm worried about going back but I'll give them another chance but they won't be getting a third if that's how the techs give vaccines. I'm worried my dog has vet trauma now and will hate the vets office."

"Awful experience! They are just out to get your money ! I pay 80 plus dollars a month for their discount plan and it comes with a teeth cleaning. I took my dog in to get her teeth cleaned and they drew her blood and everything came out great. And then after they drew her blood and looked at her notes and noticed in order to but her under for this teeth cleaning they wanted to do an X-ray which will be $600. I said I’m sorry that is not in my budget at the moment. Then since I said no I would have to pay for the blood work they already drew. I feel like I should have been told prior to them drawing blood that even with the blood work coming out good that we will need x rays and it will be an additional $600 to get your dogs teeth cleaned or $250 for blood work I was told this will be covered under the plan I’m already paying for. Very deceiving."

"They have been taking my doggy for 11 years . Recently she was ill and i didn't know what was wrong so the closest appointment was weeks away so i booked a check up for the next morning. Once they saw how my bella was they kept her and treated her right away. I was so happy and relieved they were there to care for my old girl. She is now off her medication and back to her happy self.
