"I called the store, I gentleman picked up and did not even say the name of the store. I asked him was it Kliens jewelers, he said, yes, and told me it’s 4 o’clock in the morning where he was. I was kind of clueless, because I chose the phone number of the store two minutes away from me. Anyway, he did not seem helpful, and I was not sure why I called the number that had the person and such a different time zone. If he was on vacation, he probably should have had an answering service. I don’t know. It was just weird. I’m not judging their work, I’m charging the customer service."
