When we went to the store, I was blown away by the service we received. Mr. Klein came out and examined the jewelry we had (we came for repairs) and discussed possibilities for how/why it broke and explained the idea behind fixing it. Aside from that, I was also offered to have my other two rings cleaned for free! We got a text the same day that the ring was ready for pick up and I was blown away.
