"Extremely rude employees. Waited patiently for 45minutes for some assistance with the custom charm engraving machine, the employees instead were extremely rude and lied stating that the machine did not do engravings. (It does)"

"I think the employees are nice, but the wait time was longer than expected. Not sure if there were not enough employees but the balance was not there. The quality of the jewelry is good but it’s not worth the in-store shopping experience"

"I am a loyal Pandora customer but my experience here was bitter and unfortunate. I went in today to purchase a new bracelet for my daughter. There were 2 employees helping a couple, another employee helping one other customer and then one employee, Carla, at the back kiosk against the wall doing something with some jewelry. No one else was in the store but me. I waited a few minutes for Carla to see and acknowledge me. She did not. She then came over to the jewelry area and started straightening up jewelry and completely ignored me. I thought she may have been finishing something so I continued to be patient. She then walked from around the main service counter, directly passed behind me and then went to the window display and started doing something there. No greeting, no assistance, nothing. I waited another few minutes and when I saw one of the employees who was helping assist the couple turn around, I asked her a question about the bracelet and thanked her since her colleague completely ignored me for 10 solid minutes. No one else had entered the store or was in the store the entire time. Carla absolutely appeared racist and showed she totally didn't care whether I was assisted or not and THAT won't be tolerated by me, EVER. I thanked the young lady who answered my questions and did not make a purchase due to the rude and uncalled for experience and poor service. I'll also be calling management about this unacceptable Pandora experience in addition to this review. Feedback is a gift and Carla's blatant act of ignoring a customer cost the store business. Not a good way to bring in the New Year."

"I wish zero stars was an option. Carla and Angel were extremely rude. Neither employee addressed me when I came in to pick up an order. When I stopped in I headed straight to the pick-up counter where both employees (Carla and Angel) stood and never addressed me. Miche'le noticed me and asked if I needed any help. She came over to assist but the in-store experience was already ruined for me."

"Yesterday afternoon, I walked in and a dark-colored employee had the most aggravating and rude face ever since we walked in the store. Her attitude was very terrible and I didn’t want to say anything because I was with my family. This store is too pretty and nice to have such rude looking employees who don’t want to work. I’m not sure what happened to her that day that caused her to bring her attitude into the work place but it shouldn’t be like that especially when working in a popular jewelry store and in retail."
