"Someone in the office promised me a call back twice for my dog grooming. Never got a call. But they sure called for me to make a $18 payment when I’ve paid over $400 for one visit alone. They made me feel like Smokie isn’t welcomed at their place of business. I will NEVER do business here again! And I believed I was being charged for services not even rendered. They said “oh we forgot” I feel we were discriminated against. Very short with me on the phone as well. Do BETTER!"
