"It was a pretty good experience here at this location. My spouse and I were interested in purchasing rings for our marriage. Worked with Salam, she was very nice and sweet! She helped us find the perfect rings for both us, which we are absolutely happy about. If I could give Salam more than 5 stars, I would. She was more than helpful! I would given this store 5 stars, unfortunately my rings were damaged the first time I got them. So basically, when we choose the rings we wanted on display, they needed to be resized. So the order was put in place. When they were ready for pick up. My ring was a bit damage, and beat up. Whoever is handling the resizing of the rings, they are doing a horrible job at Zales. Anyways, I told the store and they were so kind to put in a new order to get it repaired. When I came back for the repaired ring, it was a whole lot better. I am happy with my purchase! Please be careful when ordering through zales, please make sure to check the rings before you walk out."
