"Went to Memorial City Zales and had the worst experience EVER! Wasn’t greeted, stood in line for 20 mins while 2 employees helped one customer! I was told three times I’ll be serviced soon after I had to say something about not being helped. The older lady in the store was VERY rude and was doing nothing to help customer service! I think Zales needs to remodel that store on the associate side! Terrible customer service at the Memorial City Zales location! Will NEVER shop there again! All I needed was to drop off $5,000 earrings I purchased for new backs!"
