"Groomers working here going around commenting and bashing on other salons promos online.. not respectful and very defensive. People who own pets deserve to work with people less agitated by other salons and more focused on their own shops. You cannot speak for the industry if you're not focused on your own shop in the first place."

"I had a terrible experience with this Grooming place! They did not do what I asked them kindly for my small Shih Tzu! And then they gave me back my puppy with two cuts in his belly and told me that I needed to take him to the vet for him to be sedated because he was extremely tension and tried to bite the groomer and I seriously thought he was joking my dog is used to baths and I always take him to his regular groomers at our hometown but we where in vacations and he needed just a small trim and a bath and what I got instead skin light cut with a traumatized baby for over 3 days he was so scared and I had to give him another bath myself because his skin was extremely sensitive since the monster of groomer cut his hair skin short! What a terrible place! NEVER AGAIN!"

"I took my 5lb calm and friendly ShiTzu. And asked for a “Teddy Bear” cut meaning round face and absolutely NO SHORT HAIR… the first picture is what I asked for and the second one is what I got. I felt like there was not effort put to his cut. His nails were not cut properly they are super sharp and the inside of his ear was not cleaned when I specifically mentioned sit to the “groomer” o and the inside of his paws are still full of hair. Now, I did mentioned to the groomer and she responded with “I would need to charge extra to do his nails again” Extremely terrible services."
