"The very couple of times I’ve been to their locations I’ve seen the old lady who’s a manager being unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful, not only to customers, but their own employees. The previous time I was there I witnessed her yell at a young lady to the point where even I felt uncomfortable and left. Someone needs report her to the better business bureau."
