"We went to take our daughter here to have her ears pierced. Staff rudely told us to wait (while they finished their conversation and messaged on their cellphones). Needless to say, we walked out without having her ears pierced. Terrible service…"
"Extremely horrible service, They yelled at my child for looking at the items and looking my kid accused her of stealing. Keisha and Karen have the nastiest attitudes ever, Ghetto and ratchet. The employees need to be FIRED immediately! Wild animals, Do not go here. If I could rate the service I would rate it a -1 or 0."
"DONT GO THERE! The customer service was horrible. Kiesha and Karen were THE MAIN ONES,they were being disrespectful, accused us of stealing, and just in general this was horrible service!! In addition when we said can we go to that store next they made a rude comment and said "please..." THEY NEED TO BE FIRED!"
"DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible service. I ordered a pair of butterfly earrings and a makeup kit for my stepdaughter online on 12/7/23. Online orders are supposed to be fulfilled in 2 hours or less. It was not fulfilled that day so I called the next day to get an ETA. No one answered the phone. Since I was close by, I decided to stop by the store and see if I could just grab the items and they can mark the online order as fulfilled. I grab both items before going to the checkout and explaining the situation. The manager stated that my order was cancelled for low inventory (mind you, I have them in my hand). After I left, I called customer service and they stated that manager had cancelled my order at the same time I was speaking with her. So, she cancelled it because she didn’t want to complete it. There was barely anyone in the store. That manager needs to be fired!"
"Whoever opened on 11/27/23 (yesterday) is rude with a nasty energy. My family and I entered looking for some temporary earrings for my kid, she did not acknowledge any of us. Nor did she acknowledge anyone else that entered the store. When It was time to check out she just handed her hand out for the item, rang it up and decided to say “have a good day” which I purposefully ignored and left the store. Unless she is retrained or replaced I would not recommend this location to anyone."
