"I woke up to a cold house (53 degrees) and headed straight to work thinking the batteries went dead in my thermostat. I picked up some batteries after work and unfortunately that wasn't the problem. I called Kelly Heating at 4:45 pm and they came right over while I went to a visitation. I received a courtesy call stating that my pilot light went out but the root cause may be the thermocouple but right now everything is running. Fast forward to the next day and I get home from work and my furnace is not working. I called Kelly and the same service tech was at my house within 1/2 hour to replace the thermocouple and I'm up and running within minutes. Thank you Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning for the QUICK RESPONSE AND FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
