"Currently standing in this store as I type and there are 7 people working the floor. Not one has asked if they can help me. I am literally standing in front of the purchase that I need to get. 3 people are being helped and the other 4 are just standing around. Finally, Keith came to help me after I had to ask if someone would be able to help me. A Hispanic man wearing glasses said, “someone can help you after we finish with our customers.” He was referring rude and abrupt. I highly recommend another Tiffany store in the Houston area if you need to make a purchase."
"Great customer service, our sales associate was patient as I tried on multiple bracelets. Decided on the new return to Tiffany’s design"
"My husband and I had the greatest experience purchasing our wedding bands today with S.Rayna - our sales associate. We feel so happy with the rings and her service!!!"
"Disappointed in my visit. Called earlier in the day to inquire about having wedding bands cleaned. Was told they'd be happy to clean them and would only be a few hours. When I went in I was excited to see the employee who sold us the wedding bands would be the one helping me. I mentioned to her how she'd helped us choose our bands several months earlier. Unfortunately, he demeanor was one of someone who couldn't be bothered. After I told her that I wanted to get the bands cleaned the same day, she quickly shut that down and told me it would take two days. I was a little disappointed as I had shared with her a personal anecdote about how we'd be exchanging vows in two days. I was hoping for some sort of understanding but, I got more of cold, uninterested reaction. I previously brought my band in for a cleaning and it was done within a matter of minutes by a very friendly gentleman. Who returned it in beautiful condition. I mentioned this to her and she said she could do it but would be a simple dip and steam. Seeing that I wanted the rings more presentable for the exchanging of vows, I agreed. She took the rings back and when she returned, they appeared to be in the same condition as when I gave them to her. It must've been a half hearted attempt at a cleaning. I'll continue to be a Tiffany customer, but will be more selective in who helps me in the future. Edit I ended up cleaning them at home with a polishing cloth with far better results than the in store cleaning. The top ring was cleaned at home compared to the the in-store cleaning on the bottom."
"My mother wanted to buy me a gift for my birthday and asked me to take her to Tiffany at the Houston Galleria. She is on fixed income and can't sped a lot on anything! But she wanted to go to Tiffany's and we went. After looking around and inquiring a bit at the store we were directed to the front of the store where they kept the less expensive jewelry. I selected the least expensive silver ring they had and wore it. The best part was how the sales lady handled our purchase. She treated the sale as if it was the priceless Noor diamond. Then proceeded to exquisitely wrapping the empty Tiffany box and handed me the bag and wished me a happy birthday. I asked her name but I can't remember it now. She was a beautiful African-American lady with a lovely smile and I just want to say thank you to her for treating us like royalty. It was a memorable and touching experience. I haven't had the heart to open the beautifully wrapped empty box to this day and I don't think I ever will. So thanks to my mother and also to the lovely sales lady for the lovely experience ❤️❤️"
