"Came in to make a repair on 3 pieces 2 necklaces 1 bracelet, I know my necklaces were staggered since I 1st got them, but once they attempted to return my gold necklace was shorter then it was 1st given to them, owner tried to argue that when my necklace broke I lost length even though I only had one break point, I know they took off gold from my necklace and he argued that it's max 1 gram of gold but when you add everything that gets taken off your jewelry and whatever he charges for repairs its adds more money for them, be carefully when bringing your jewelry to repair here, measure before you get repairs or avoid, they replaced the measure of my gold with a different gold but im still skeptically about it, and when I saw the gold they wanted to add I asked how much he would give me for my necklace in order to trade In for the one I saw he would only offer 1/3 of what he was asking for his necklace, all in all they are trying to pull a fast one if you're not paying to attention to what you bring in or know what you're buying"

"They sold me a so called Diamond ring that they said was real Diamonds. This was about 3 yrs ago. Had it appraised recently and was told 1/2 were diamonds, the other were white Sapphire and "other". I overpaid. Approx. $800. Just 2 weeks ago I had a battery put in a watch, a week later battery died. Went to a REAL jeweler and had a good battery put in. Buyer beware .....not honest at all."
