"STOLE OUR MONEY! I really do not know any other way to put besides our money was taken and the work was not completed. We contracted with Bomb City Pools (Fernando) in June of 2021 and they never finished our pool. Fernando sure could sell the pool but in the end he never finished the construction of the pool. Hundreds of empty promises were what we received. I have hundreds of pics but below you will see the current state of the pool almost 2 years later. No plaster, No Kitchen, No Fireplace, Equipment not connected. Same on you Fernando Ramirez."
"We started a pool with them in May in Lubbock and they failed to get a permit from the city, all the work was subpar to say the least, communication was horrible between the contractor and the workers, contractor was never at the job site on important days and things went wrong all over the place. So now, we are stuck with an illegally half-built pool in our backyard."
