"Ashley was seriously SO HELPFUL the last time my girlfriend and I were there! We had a couple of pieces that were broken that needed replacing as well as single earrings needing a new pair and she patiently and kindly helped us sort out what was needed for each piece one by one. Even when the store suddenly got very busy, she maintained the same level of kindness and attentiveness like we were the only people in the store. "I love the location and the variety at this store. All of the sales associates are very friendly and eager to help. One sales associate in particular was so helpful when I was purchasing several teacher gifts in May. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and put together a few custom options for me as well at the color bar. I had about 7 or so gifts and she even took the time to gift wrap and label them for me. My best experience at KS, thank you Jaime B!!!"
