The staff here is wonderful and c'mon, I'm sure they deal with so many crazy customers and questions that it would be hard for them not to have a bad day. "The new staff is terrible they literally have no knowledge of jewelry or how to test it. The “assistant manager “ Kim told me my necklace was fake but wouldn’t do a test on it just for me to go to Pronto pawn and get the test done and my necklace proven to be real. Staff definitely needs better training"

"After a long costly divorce I finally just moved to my apartment and was about to go down to ez pawn to look for a tv but just happened to stop cash America because it was close to the apartment. First of all I asked the lady at the counter who name was Valerie she acted like she didn't want to assist or answer any questions every question was short and pretty much kept saying just buy the warranty and even at the end when it was time to pay which Ihwas really starting to regret hurry up just handed me my card as if she had a problem or because I was black either way I would never go back to them and if you're ever on perrin bietel I recommend ez pawn or the other one down the street all professional helpful and make you want to return when looking for certain items. Being a person with a degree in sales I've never wrote a review but at the age of 43 I had to because I've never felt so belittled until today!!"
