"I used Luis & Co for a ring appraisal as my insurance company required one. We dropped it off and he had it ready next day with the appraisal. The appraisal is very detailed and informative. Luis also disclosed some concerns of the setting of the ring and gave some realistic time frames when to have it repaired. You can tell he is passionate and knowledgeable for what he does.
