"I can not thank Britney Ware enough for her help with my jewelry. I brought in two pieces very important to me. One was my grandmother’s engagement ring which thank goodness was checked out as more than a few prongs were loose and I was at risk of loosing the diamond. The second was my own wedding set which needed to be resized. Not only did Brittany take care of getting the sizing just right but also made sure (unbeknownst to me) that the sloppy job done by a previous jeweler to join the engagement ring and wedding band was going to be cleaned up! The once gorgeous filigree all the way around was brought back to life and I swear my set looked brand new. "Where to begin... was referred to me by a friend of mine after I had mentioned that I had lost an earring belonging to a set that has much sentimental value to me. Knowing that I would need to make a new jewelry piece with the existing necklace pendant and earring, I went to see the team over at Shetler and immediately knew I had gone to the right place. I consulted with Pilar who knew how much I cherished my original earring and necklace set. I explained what I was imagining and was able to walk around to look at the gorgeous pieces in store for some inspiration. With creative minds from Pilar and Blake, we came up with a ring design that brought out some emotion because while I know my mom (who gave me the original set) will be disappointed that I lost a piece, she'll love the creativity that went into the new ring.
