"Several years ago I was impressed: I happened to use the DIERBERGS pharmacy randomly (don't remember why) and the pharmacy manager actually took time to write me a card, asking for my business. Such small gestures mean a lot to me, so I stopped using Walgreens and had all my prescriptions filled through Dierbergs. Since Mercy took over, the service has been subpar. The other day I was treated rudely for the last time. I have switched all my prescriptions back to Walgreens. At least they never treated me rudely."

"Mostly have had positive experiences but my Dr prescribed Ozempic right before the holidays. As always with new meds, I asked if there was anything I should know. I also decided to wait to take it until after the holidays or my mom's cooking/baking while on it likely would have caused lots of stomach issues. That I knew. What I did not know was that it needed to be refrigerated. Why did they not tell me that? While technically on a label, I didn't even take it out of the bag until now as I was ready to start it post-holiday goodies, and it definitely seems like something I should have been told when picking it up. A space heater ran near them so I hope the meds will still be okay to use :("

"Caleb & pharmacy staff @Dierbergs MacKenzie Pointe have been exceptional. They are kind, helpful & very patient . My husband has Parkinson’s Disease & is frail. He needed to get his updated pneumonia vaccine & a D-Tap. They actually told him to stay seated & they would come to him. They expedited this service so he was not “inconvenienced “. My experience with this pharmacist & staff is the same. Very kind, very patient… Thank you ."

"This used to be my first choice to shop and I usually spend about $1000.00 a month there but the customer service has really gone downhill. Really rude people in the fish, deli and meat departments. Some of the people are very nice but they don't make up for the rude people. When the Walmart Super Center opens up down the road I''ll be spending my money there."
