"So my husband took out a necklace and charm , plus a bracelet and earrings for my son and a ring for my daughter. So Ive been skeptical cause I know how these people work. I had my husband take it to get it tested and guess what GOLD PLATED!! Ridiculous how they took advantage of my husband like that. I have reached out to make a police report and see what happens next. Don't trust these people."
"I will NEVER shop here NOR do I advise anyone to do business with them. My mother in-law was going to take out a baby bracelet for my son. As she made a payment she asked if the difference she could pay the day she was going to pick it up (past two weeks). The worker said yes she could make it next time when she was going to go pick it up/take it out. The day it was supposed to have gotten taken out she called and spoke with a different worker that told her she lost her Money and her Bracelet, because she didn’t make a payment before the two weeks. Although my mother in-law was TOLD she could pay the difference the day of taking it out. They need to communicate better and need to be on ONE PAGE. It is unfair that she lost out on her money when she had asked before proceeding to wait to make her last payment."
