"Horrible jeweler $320 ring just fall apart in 3 days! Like wow really; came to the store to see the can fix it but noooo it’s all my fault for breaking it. They keep making excuses so they don’t have to work on it without paying them. AND THEY BLAME ME FOR GET IT A SIZE TO BIG but the seller was like oooh not a problem WE CAN DO IT. The jeweler is a noob not knowing it can bend plus not letting us know what will happen a $1 ring is better quality then the jeweler products."

Won't fix or do anything even though they crafted the item and advertise that they repair/Sauder chains. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything crafted here. We took it i get looked/ appraised and were told they were not even entirely gold. Purchase items elsewhere please."

"My husband bought me a ring from here and when he started his payment plan on it we lived in san antonio. We moved to Houston. They kept calling us to say we owed on the ring but would not take a payment over the phone. we called and stated we were coming to pay the ring off and pick it up, is it ready for pickup? they stated it was ready. We drive from Houston made the last payment only to be told "ok u can pick the ring up tomorrow". We live in Houston, this was a trip only to pick up the ring. The lady that said it would be ready talked to me and talked to my husband telling us both at different times it would be ready that day and then when we get there she says oh well we didn't have the size u wanted it to be. Yes they did because they seized it day one. (And if that was the case we told her numerous times we were coming from Houston straight after work why wouldn't she call and ask for the size.) She brought out the paperwork and there it was the size right there. Not a care was given. She acted like it was no big deal. Well I can't get anyone to size it today you have to come back so non-challantly. All that to say their customer service skills are at a 0 and the rings aren't even that great. Beware"
