"it’s so rare today to walk into the store be greeted by Nager! I enjoy shopping at this coach store because of Gina. She does know me my name she remembers my taste and often want the lightest thing I bought was. Yesterday I was in and looked at a purse that I liked, but your Internet was down so I couldn’t buy it at that moment, but Gina kept me informed throughout the day, and when the Internet was up, she offered me the choice of just mailing the purse to the house or dropping by the store again. I went by with my husband this time to show it to him about the purse. She had it beautifully wrapped, and I am enjoying it today. Thanks Gina!"

"the worst customer service. the employees all have different stories on what they can and cannot sell. I wanted to buy a tag and engrave it, because the day before I was gifted a bag from coach but did not like the engraving on my tag, so I called before showing up to the store to make sure I was able to purchase another tag and engrave it, was WILLING TO PAY it with no problem, I get to the store and they can’t sell me an engraved tag when an employee beforehand told me I COULD. no one was willing to help."
