"The lady who tried helping me with my purchase today was disrespectful. She interrupted me while I was looking for a wallet for my mom. I described what I was looking for and she said she’s worked here for a while but didn't know what kind of wallets were in the store. She ranted about the wallet I was looking at and pulled it out of my hands so I just ignored her at this point and found the exact wallet I was looking for on the other side of the store. Then she follows me and starts ranting about the one I’m looking at and all of the sudden she knows everything about this wallet. I told her it was perfect and as I pick it up to check the price she yanks it out of my hand and asks “do you know how much this costs before you want it?” Yes I do I watched the price tag get yanked out of my hands. Finally we get to checkout and she can’t find the receipts, she can’t find the bags, she can’t find the paper that goes in the bag, or the cardboard for the paper that goes in the bag. Twenty minutes later and I’m finally out the door with one purse that I found on my own, four minutes from walking into the store. I hope her commission was worth embarrassing herself. Thank you to the lady who seemed to be running the store that day. She could tell how frustrating it was and she was very kind."
