"The shelter I adopted my elderly dog from uses Horseshoe Lake for their medical needs. After one visit with my dog, there was no reason for me to look elsewhere! The entire staff is knowledgeable and patient with any and all questions. I once used the after hours emergency line and was greeted with a calm, empathetic vet who comforted me as I assessed my dog. Her typical vet called to follow up the next day to make sure she was back to normal! The techs are also so kind and actively listen to concerns. The vet helps prioritize services if financing is an issue (they also accept Scratch Pay and Care Credit!) The care is exceptionally great and prices are competitive with similar clinics back home. I cannot give enough praise to this staff. I even switched my senior cat over to their care!"
