"This place is horrible I purchased a sterling silver chain for my son for Christmas. He loved the chain but wore it once and the clip completely broke off from chain. Brought it back to have new clip placed and they wanted to charge me for a new one but told the man I would not pay they needed to replace it. The man was very rude telling me and my son that he must have done something to it. I explained no he wore it once and this was ridiculous that I paied about 100 dollars for this and they couldn’t cover to have new clip replaced I had my receipt from when I purchased. I will never buy from these people ever again the worst customer service ever."
