"I accidentally left my medicine on the counter after having my hands full of items (2/9 around 7:30p). I came back almost immediately & the cashier just casually & nonchalantly says “oh yeah you left it. Someone took it.” I was with Walgreens as a manager for years & I have never not went after someone who left items behind. I always caught people in time. The cashier knew I was outside the entire time as I mentioned to him I would be in the parking lot filling valentines bags and that was why I didn’t need certain items bagged. His laid back attitude made it seem like there was no care in the world. I wouldn’t be so upset if it wasn’t a controlled medication for my 5 year old son. I am quite disappointed that the cashier didn’t notice considering how full my hands were. The pharmacy operations manager and the shift lead were fabulous in helping me with this situation. I applaud them for handling this with the upmost kind respect."

"Friendly checkout people and helpful pharmacy staff. Great sale and clearance items. Photos printed here, and many photo items available. Drug items, baby items, snacks, some food, and gift items available. Cards and gift bags. Stationary, school supplies, batteries, and electronics. Flu and covid shots done there. There is an ATM machine inside and a redbox movie rental outside."

"Went here around 2:20 pm for my 2:30 pm appointment to get vaccine. Paper work was completed around 2:35 pm. Had to wait almost till 2:50 pm to get my shot. It would've been better if the staffs attended sooner. Staffs were friendly though."

"Poor customer service. Recently waited 1 hour on hold to speak with a pharmacist regarding a minor issue with the prescription. His was off peak hours.. BTW, during that time there was one caller ahead of me. Never got through so called again the next day and was on hold for 20-30 minutes but hung up because I had to return to work. Tried again on break and sent from hold to just ringing. All for a Minor issue."

"Considerable lack of empathy for customers. Disregard for prompt & quick assistance through the drive thru. I waited at the window on a Friday morning for 10 minutes without being helped. I was told it would be several minutes, yet there are two people clearly working & no customers inside to help."
