"Have a 4th generation kid in this ISD and I can assure that CHISD keeps going down more and more. Poor customer service, you never will get a call answered but if you lucky to get someone, they just transfer you immediately to voicemail. They do not take ownership to help. Billing got on the rise and this district is NOT ready to handle the overwhelming situation that pandemic caused on families and kids. Neither teachers nor staff are ready, and superintendent don’t even know how to handle this situation. He’s unprofessional and knows how to blame someone else instead of dealing with the issues. Very disappointing and sad to see the fall of a great school district we had."
