"Went to get baseball glove for my son. Couldn’t find anyone to help us. Walked to the front cashier to ask for help. Guy comes over to help. We asked for a new glove…one that hasn’t been on display and everybody has been sticking their hand in. We were told they had no gloves in the back. For the glove we were wanting, they had 3 of them out on display. So, if you only have 3 of a particular glove, why put all 3 out on display for people to mess with?? Would think you would put one glove out and keep the rest in the back."
"This place is a guessing game when it comes to finding out the price of an item. Merchandise is all over the place in random places. I wanted to buy something but it was challenging to find the price of anything. The store is very disorganized."
"The associates made the Christmas gift exchange/return process easy. Although the store inventory lacked the size needed, assistance was provided and different locations were checked. The friendly service and the store offerings were wonderful with great deals attached to some. Dick’s is located within the Hillside Village shopping mall on the upper level where the parking is plentiful. This is the perfect place to park when the main level is full. There’s an elevator and escalator on the side of Dick’s that will get you to additional shopping opportunities in Hillside Village."
