"I'm going to have to change my review. Teachers have been coming over from High Pointe and bringing their garbage attitude. The new Asst. Principal thinks he's at a military academy. They have been taking away recess from our children and making them walk laps or sit with their heads down. Bet that's not happening in Plano. Maybe it's time for me to move. Expected Review: This is a good school. Both my kids go here and they love it. The uniforms are expensive though. Very expensive when you have two! The staff here is wonderful. Leadership takes action if you have an issue. I would recommend."

"We overall like the school, staff, and location. The only thing that is sometimes an inconvenience is the closure days as it seems they are off a lot more than other schools. It might be we are used to daycare, but I have noticed when they are closed, other schools in the area are open. But that is a minor fluke as the important thing is our kids are safe and they are learning a lot!!"

"2017-2018... My first review was a 1 star because of the previous leadership. I will keep that information below for review. I have seen a huge improvement in the leadership and diversity on the campus this year. There is inclusion of girls and boys, which in the past was more emphasis on the girls. The faculty seems to be much more positive and interactive with the parents and students. The material given matches the expectation for the student to be successful. I wish my son was privilege to this learning culture earlier. I know he and others are now benefiting. There is no perfect school, but if a school is proactive to improve ... it should be acknowledge. Cudos to the new principle and asst. principle for making this year great for the students and parents. prior to 2016...my previous comment: not impressed with the teaching staff or administration. my son with other sons have attended the school since kindergarten... now going to the fifth grade and was not introduced or properly taught how to read, write or taught math...many of us took the liberty to re-teach and bring our children up to their learning level. the student must fit the mass production method in order to be successful. if your child does not fit this campus profile, then your child will be profiled until you remove them. the principle has not integrated a diverse culture of teachers over her years of leadership that matches the diversity of the students. [not support; TEACHERS] there is little to no respect for culture diversity and a student center environment. the focus is on the children who can easily fall into their profile so that they can continue to receive government funding..."

"My daughter has attended LSCH since kindergarten. I don't have any complaints and think it is a great school. The only issue is that they could use a better diversity & inclusion policy when it comes to staff. It does seem to have gotten a little better this past year though. There has always been a nice diverse student body which I've liked. All in all, it's a great school."

"My daughter has been attending since Kindergarten and is now in the 6th grade. Other than pick up being choatic, have no complaints. She has done well in all of her subjects and loves to read. Reading and Math are her favorite subjects. Her STAAR results have been above average. Yes, there are issues at all schools but none that could not be resolved. Great school."
