"My daughter left her engagement ring at the Arlington store. When she went to pick it up the store was closed for "technical difficulties". She was frantic and asked me to go get it the next day. We do not live near the store so I called to make sure they were open. All I got was a busy signal and beep. I called the Grand Prairie store to see if they had any information about what was going on. I spoke with Barbara. She didn't know but said she would try to find out. This lady was awesome. She found out the internet was down and said she would keep in touch with me when she knew they would reopen. She had a doctor's appt. the next day but made sure her assistant manager knew to contact me if they opened which he did. She also made plans with her supervisor to get the ring to their store if it was not open by Saturday. Talk about going above and beyond! We were not even her stores customers! We will definitely be from now on. A little out of the way but worth it to have customer service like that! Thank you Barbara. Jared's you have a wonderful Manager."

"Mrs Dee Maine, Gave me by far the best experience of all time, as far as purchasing my first necklace. She made me feel very comfortable, I could tell she was genuine and very professional. I liked the fact that she asked me questions about my life, when i brought up my kids and my wife. It felt like i was talking to a friend that sold jewelry, not some sales rep. I told her i would be back, with her not knowing i was going next door at the other jewelry place, just to price around what i was looking at. The store ended up the same price for the necklace i wanted, but because of how Mrs Dee treated me, I want back and went with her. I highly recommend going to see Mrs Dee. She gave me such a great experience. Now every time i drive up to the Dallas area, will go by just to do business with her."
