"I had a very bad experience today in this store. The guy that worked there today, who had long blonde hair with glass refused to give me his name today, was so rude from the very start I was there to get my daughter ears pierced and his attitude how he approached me about the earrings was not right. He refused to give me his district manager name or number. I did contact corporate but still haven't heard from them yet."
"Horribly disappointed in the lack of communication. I made an appointment for my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Called to confirm what was needed and was told just to bring MY id and I would have to sign a waiver. Drive 40 min to the place just to be told “oh cause she’s 14 she needs a state id also” totally broke her heart with no compassion. What 14 year old randomly has a state issued id? If those are the rules fine, but it would have been nice to be informed before going through all that. Sad part really is she didn’t want to go to Clair’s in the first place because of the reputation smh"
"Took my daughter to get her ears pierced after her first day of school. The girls there were amazing! When my girl started to freak out and get upset, they both kept her calm and knocked out both ears at the same time. Truly grateful for their patience and compassion ❤. Plus the store was FULL of great things! Thank you again ladies."
