"I just had my pool installed by Native Waterscapes in the West Lake area of Austin. While initially the person who designed my pool and gave me a quote had some personal issues and was very unresponsive, once the management realized what was going on, they personally saw to it to make it right and see it to completion. They also quickly resolved a few minor warranty issues relating to some stones in the deck cracking. Taylor, Gavin and the team have been great at communicating and shepherding the process through to completion. My pool looks beautiful and is well designed and built to my specifications. I am very happy with Native Waterscapes."
