"I had to order a replacement nursing pin because my daughter lost hers and was devastated. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I have received. They genuinely cared and wanted to help me out by giving me a way to order a replacement. My emails were always answered in a timely manner! I even reached out because I was worried it might have gotten lost in the mail and they couldn't have been nicer about sending me a tracking number and making sure I did in fact receive the pin I ordered. I appreciate the way they went above and beyond to help me out!"

"Completely disappointed in the service I have received with this company. November 14th I put in a $100 order to replace my sorority badge. The description says 4-6 weeks for it to be customized and sent out. Late December I called regarding my status since I have not received any updates other than “Awaiting Shipment.” I called and spoke to a nice woman and she said she at first did not see my order but later told me that it was currently being made and that with COVID and the holidays it’s been short staff. I understood the wait (at that time) and she told me that it would be shipped out soon. January is almost over. This is an unreasonable amount of time to complete my request. I should have taken my money and patience else where to replace my badge. I’m out a $100 with nothing to show. I would take my business else where instead of waiting months for your jewelry. I sent an email via contact form from their website. I will update when I receive a message back. I’m asking for my money back - forget the badge! Update: They are refunding me"
